It is interactive; its many elements affect and impact on one another. Important habits of mind, which I\u2019ve called disciplines and dispositions found at the bottom of the chart, must continuously be brought to bear on the process to achieve richness, validity and usefulness of the outcomes.<\/p>\n<p>The now-revised schema identifies nine collections of elements \u2013 aims, stakeholders, strategies, sectors, economic\/financial matters, time frames, challenges, indigenous energy sources, and the political context. Each element contains illustrative sub-elements. Each sub-element has the potential for interactions with others. All of that interaction is suggested by the pairs of appropriately colored cords extending from each element to every other.<\/p>\n<p>Following the schema, in four separate appended discussions are further expositions of topics suggested by the concepts and aims and interactions embedded herein.
